Clicking on the ‘make me one’ button on the made to order garment page follows on to a form which has further information about what details, options and measurements needed to place the order. If you need any help any making decisions, have any other queries or having technical problems please get in contact.

Pre-orders are welcome and useful for me to plan ahead for if you have a deadline in mind.

Up front payment is preferred but understanding that these garments are investment pieces I’m happy to accept payment in two lump sums over a period that suits, with the first half as a deposit with the order then the remainder paid once the garment has been made before it is dispatched.

Garments are cut and sewn to each individual order and shipped within 2-3 weeks after payment. (estimate for UK orders, overseas orders may have longer shipping )

It’s a one woman workshop so in busy periods this may take longer than usual but you will be notified in these circumstances.

The garment patterns are designed, drafted, cut and sewn together in the Bristol, UK based studio.

It is in the hands of both the maker and the wearer to ensure a garments longevity.

oB designs garments with it’s life cycle in mind but if any thing should go seriously wrong get in contact and a repair service is always offered as long as I’m about to offer it!

But I really do encourage to embrace the skill of repairing your own clothes, it’s a hugely satisfying and seemingly rarer act! There are lots of darning and patching videos on the internet! If you are unsure how to repair your oB garment, send a picture over and I will get back to you with the best advice in how to mend it. Material scraps, spare fastenings can be provided for your sewing project.

Take care not to over wash your garments, spot clean and store with care. oB uses natural materials so there’s no nasty plastic micro particles going into the water. Wash with ecological detergent and take care not to over burn when ironing.

oB is a small label and benefits immensely from having feedback from it’s wearers and hearing the stories of where the garments go and fit into our lives.

It's also really wonderful to see where these garments go and how everyone wears and interprets the pieces into their lives so do share your responses and photos!

If there’s anything you would like to see or not seeing and could do better with please don’t be shy to let me know! It is with this feedback that the whole process and designs get worked on and amended for the benefit of future wearers.
